Bank Robber

You know, some people, aren’t what they appear to be.

I was the teacher at this staff and volunteer retreat of a major prison ministry once. And one morning I was sitting at the breakfast table with a very nice church lady. I asked her what she was doing at the retreat. And she said, I robbed banks. I said, you’re kidding.

Actually I’m not, she said. Jesus found me in prison. And I’m different. In fact, one time when I was shown a picture of me before prison, I didn’t recognize me. I remember the truth. God doesn’t look for what he loves. He creates it.
