Truth With Tears – Steve Brown

We must speak truth! The truth is we are sinners and we are lost. The truth is we are worse than they are, with only one exception, we have been loved by Jesus. Mercy without tears is nothing more than self-righteousness. We must speak the truth, but we must weep when we do. Jesus showed mercy, but he showed it with tears. Mercy defines us. We have to show mercy because we are so screwed up.
