Hold My Quarter
DECEMBER 30, 2024
If you’re worried about the culture, join a good church and support it.
There’s this story of a little boy who had a quarter in his pocket, and he wanted to play ball with some friends.
He asked a lady who was watching the game if she went to church. She said she did, and the little boy said, Would you hold my quarter while I play ball? He wanted to know if he could trust her.
If you’re worried about the culture, join a good church and support it. It’s the most important thing you can do. It’s a statement and a conviction. And the church is an anchor that holds the culture together. Without the church, it all falls apart.
Besides that, you don’t want unbelievers holding your quarters.
I’m Steve Brown. You think about that.
