God Likes Me

Someone has said that when you’re writing the story of your life, don’t let anybody else hold the pen.

That’s good advice. Let me tell you something important. Only the creator has the authority to define that which is created. I have a friend who says that he knows that God loves him because that’s God’s job description. But Steve, he said, I’m not sure he likes me a lot.

Listen, if you’re a believer, God doesn’t think that a party can happen unless you’re there. He likes you a lot.

And by the way, he likes me about 10 percent more than he likes you.
