Bad Decision

Do you ever think back on decisions you’ve made in your life and think, now, why in the world did I do that?

I used to study the Bible by opening it and by putting my finger on whatever the page said. Problem was, I kept getting kill the Philistines. Sometimes he went out and hung himself, and then I’d try again and the Scripture would say, Go out and do likewise.

I decided this wasn’t the best way to study the Bible. Best to be consistent and pay attention to the whole counsel of God. That’s the best way to live life, too. Read the Bible. It’s a good book. But do it right.
