Father

When our daughter went to Europe to work in evangelism, I asked her if adults were going to go?

She replied, and what do you mean by adults? I learned that day that children become adults before fathers realized what happened.

I’m still learning that lesson, but nevertheless, I’m still a father and I made sure that I called friends in the cities our daughter worked in to be available, if needed.

Now that I think about it, even though I’m grown up, my heavenly Father does the same thing I did for our daughter. Comforting thought that.
