God’s Eye

God’s watching you! Don’t sweat it though. He’s not watching the way you think.
Once there was a general who was shut up in an enemy prison cell for months.
In the door of his cell, there was a small hole and at that hole a soldier was placed day and night to watch him. All he could see was the soldiers eye, but the eye was there all the time. Every time he looked, that horrible eye was looking at him.
So many Christians think God’s eye is like that. Always watching, checking, judging, that’s not true. Anybody tell you that, they’re lying to you.
God watches, but it’s the loving eye of a father who’s looking out for his children.
Try to remember that.
