Heaven

The evangelist asked everyone in the congregation who wanted to go to heaven to stand.

And everybody stood except a little boy. The evangelist said, son, you don’t want to go to heaven? Oh, yes sir, he replied. I thought you were getting up a group to go right now.

I’m kind of like that. I want to go to heaven, but I don’t want to go on Thursday. That’s because as the Bible says.

My eyes haven’t seen, my ears haven’t heard, and my mind hasn’t conceived what God has prepared for me in heaven.

I would have eaten more donuts.
