A number of years ago, one of the leaders of the feminist movement left the movement and got married.

One of her former colleagues asked her why she had done that. Because, she said, I want it to be cherished.

Everybody does. That desire is phrased in lots of ways, but it is always a question. Will anybody here love me?

The answer is, yes, and a thousand yeses. His name is Jesus, and you ought to get to know him. He’s probably not what you’ve been told.

You’ve been told he was angry, and he’s not.
